That looks like a 10 speed Univega with a cotter pin crank. Suntour equipped. A low level bike. But, they were built pretty heavy duty. If you lived somewhere very flat (no hills) coastal area then - not a bad ride. But, if you have to deal with a lot of hill climbing keep looking. That bike would not sell for more than about $75 in Atlanta.
