Good luck and get those miles in. No sense in fretting since that's negative energy and not a useful Rx of any sort. My way of dealing with my prostate cancer is with humor, riding, healthier eating and living as stress free as possible. Lots of talking to myself and relying on my inner strength since I'm not the religious sort.
