I believer what you have there is a '86 Cervino. A good basic mountain bike, three main tubes of ChroMoly steel, the nice thing is it has, or atleast it came with a sealed bottom bracket, headset, and hubs.

I agree with the others as this sits may $50-75. If your willing to give it a good cleaning and spend the money for a good tuneup you might get $150ish. But depending on where you live a tuneup might run $50 to 70 so you decide.

If you want to start riding it get a good tuneup, and have the fork turned around. If you just want it out of your garage put it on Craigslist for $100 and take the best offer you get.

This is NOT a Grizzly and it does not have a full ChroMoly frame just the three main tubes, the rest is either High tensile or Mangalloy steel.
