Issues with
#1 happened before I put the Vuelta wheels on the bike. I've also swapped the wheels out before troubleshooting and it made no difference. I do agree that something on the Vuelta is severely messed up. I'm also contacting Nashbar to see what they are willing to do. The were purchased in April. With their 'forever guarantee' they should do something.
