What I've always wondered, though, was when it showed him flinging people around and bending big iron bars and stuff--how did they get around the whole equal/opposite reaction thing, or, when he lifted a car, how did he keep his bionic arm from ripping clean off his body or, at the very least, blowing out a disc or two?
Action Hero Syndrome. He DID blow a disk and ripped his arm clean off, but those were just flesh wounds, barely scratches, that healed quickly.
