Bikes: Many bikes in three states and two countries, mainly riding Moots Vamoots, Lynskey R265 disc and a Spot Denver Zephyr nowadays

I'm living as car free as possible, so I don't have time for stretching or specific nutrition. Grab gear and go. I get in about 20 miles a day during the work week, but it's broken up into two commute rides and a bunch of errands.

For weekend non-work or errand rides where I am going 30-100 miles at a pop, I'll take along energy bars and water, but for the work week, nothing.
