Looks like a Rossin Prestige, at least the fork crown. However, the Drive side rear dropout has holes for the very short-lived Campagnolo Portacatena which was introduced about 1978? and disappeared by about 1982. If the frame, fork & grouppo are from 1990 or so, what's with the portacatena holes on the campag 1010B?

I fear that the fork is not original to the frame. However, I'm not an expert on Rossin.

If it is a genuine, undamaged Rossin, CAD 700.00 seems reasonable. Frame $300, Parts & Wheels $400. Reasonable.
