EBay from overseas
Does anyone have any experience purchasing bicycles on ebay from international sellers? I'm looking at a bike in the Netherlands that seems like a great deal. I'm concerned about paying duties or other fees that I don't normally have to. Also any advice on watching for scammers. Thanks
