Today I left 3 hours earlier, 8am instead of 11am, and tomorrow its 5 miles shorter and I will try to leave about 7 am and take better breaks.
There's lots to learn and its only on the road I can learn.
If it is hot and or windy I am more likely to finish my day at 11 AM than to start it at 11 AM. I am always on the road early if there is a chance it will be hot or the wind will kick up. Sometimes I even do a few hours in the dark before sunrise.
