18.6 lbs is light, and not even 4 lbs off the UCI weight limit. I've had bowel movements heavier than that. I've lost more than that in water weight on a 50 mile ride.

My ALR 5 60cm weighs about 18.5, and I think that's wonderful. I had to swap wheels to get it that low though. I wouldn't complain if it was 18.5 with stock wheels.
