I am building up a 54cm ALR with Ultegra and Boyd wheels and will end up between 15.9 and 16 lbs after all is said and done including pedals. Big weight droppers for me on this bike were wheels, tires, seatpost and handlebars. This bike weighs less than my Carbon Synapse did with the same components. Only difference beside frame is will be handlebars and Crank.
