Looking at buying a sub $400 bike for training/commuting. I found this Bianchi that the seller said he would take $350 on. It has a 105 rear derailleur and hub, sora shifters.

I'm gong to check it out in person Friday but it looks to be in pretty good condition and the guy said it's his baby and by the looks of it he did baby it.
There is also this Bianchi via nirone that looks like it's in good condition as well.

I'm 6'1, 190lbs and am a pretty active rider here in Michigan so I want this to be able to hold up to the harsh roads too. Looking to upgrade from a hybrid now.
Anyone know if this seems like an okay deal?
