Reading this forum and not knowing OC, most people would think SART and PCH are the worst streets to ride. They are probably the 2 safest routes to take in all OC. People must learn how to ride defensive and do not take unnecessary risks.
I saw a cyclist cross over 3 lanes on Newport Coast to take a left turn at Pelican Hill when cars are flying down over 60mph. Why take that risk when you can stop on the right and use the cross walk button??
