Based on the color and equipment it could be a 1970 through 1973 model. The number on the bottom bracket shell isn't a serial number, it is likely some type of anti-theft registration number. The serial number will be on the LH dropout (early '70) or base of the headtube (mid-'70 and later). Ask for $100, take $75.
