That sounds about right, my M4 framed comp is now 27 lbs, but I replaced the OEM tubes with light weight versions.
I've had to toy with the rear derailleur cable adjustment for the first time, about 1/2 turn tighter. It shifts to the smaller cassette rings smoother now. I imagine thats just a bit of cable stretch.
