I'd put the value a bit higher, especially in NYC. I recently sold a nearly identical PXN (???) for $200. Mine was full Reynolds (tubes, forks, stays) but had rust issues and needed a complete overhaul. Tires were shot, rims didn't match, etc.
But the really huge size holds down value. $350-400 is my guess for NYC assuming it's overhauled and ready to ride.
