Eastern Maryland is relatively flat. As noted above the long and high climbs will be out west in the Allegheny mtn ridge near the West Virginia border. As to longest grade, it depends on whether you allow short descents along the way. If so, I expect the climbs near Backbone Mtn will make the short list.
