it seems to be a bunch of overthinking to me. Hell, i don't even have plans for next thursday. I get my retirement check in 13 months, and, am going for a long ride then. I've got all the stuff......just need funding.
but, it might be fifteen months. Or eighteen months before i set out.
I have plans, with a timeline.............but i will not set a specific date that far in advance.
Just a learned practice that eliminates the anxiety of approaching due date and the letdown when it's not possible to happen.
Flexibility goes a long way in dealing with mental issues.
