Ah, well then probably $300, but that would be what I would want to pay to have it because I know I could do the work to update the cables and bearings. That stuff will cost $100+ for a shop to do and really should be mentioned to a buyer. Yeah its ultimately their responsibility to know what they are buying, but to me, if you know something will need to be updated, it should be disclosed.
