Schwann Paramounts were off the shelf bikes, especially this later model one. Good frames but they were approaching mediocrity by this generation and someone screwed heavily with this one.
The original Schwinn Paramount was not an off the shelf bike. It's impossible to tell with this tiny picture, though.
