Well, the CdI isn't fully OEM either, as it has a 600 Ultegra crankset versus the OEM ofmega Quattro. However, it is more OEM than the 2nd bicycle. Regardless, there is a fair size discrepancy between the two. It looks like about 3-4 cm, so I'd be looking at the one with the best fit. I won't comment on the price, as I really don't follow pricing in the various markets. My concern with the first bicycle is the AccuShift indexed shifting. It's obsolete and not fully compatible with anything else, so it can be hard to find replacement parts when the time comes, if you really want indexed shifting.
