Wheelset decisions... Zonda/Ultegra/Fulcrum 5

Torn. I've got a '15 F3 and am going to use the wheelset for a build, figured I could upgrade at this time.
The Fulcrum 5 LG is the best price, the Ultegra would match the group on the rest of the bike, the Campagnolo Zondas are... well... supposed to be awesome?
Anyone care to chime in before I make the call? For reference, the wheels on the bike currently are Shimano RS11s which I've actually had little complaints with.

Fulcrum 5 LG
$194, 1645 grams

Shimano Ultegra 6800 (tubeless ready)
$294, 1640 grams

Campagnolo Zonda (not sure if they come with rim tape?)
$320, 1550 grams
