Italy averages 140 hours a month, Japan 160. 20 hours a month more. Japan gets 18.5 paid vacation days a year and Italy gets at least 30 so the difference gets even wider. Italy has some of the shortest work times in the world so we have to forgive Campy for being a little slower haha. I still prefer Campy over Shimano by far.
