Haven't ridden dura ace, but I REALLY liked my ultegra 6600, and thought that it had some of the best ergonomics imaginable. Then I felt a chorus 11 sp shifter... Most comfortable shifter I have ever felt. I will be trying the new mechanical shimano 685 (ultegra... basically) hydro's soon, we will see how they do comfort-wise.

The one time I rode SRAM, I thought they were terrible ergonomically. Not uncomfortable, but nowhere near my 6600 or chorus. That was several years ago, however.
