As stated above, you can remove the rear wheel and clamp the rear dropouts into the stand for fork work. The crux though is that no matter what, you have to remove a wheel. I think in some cases the PRS-20 design would be superior, and in other cases it would slow you down. More of a preference question rather than one stand not being able to do what the other one can.
