90% of my rides are under and hour, 15-20 mile fast workouts.
I only have 1 cage and most of the time I don't use it.
I hydrate before I leave and when I get back.
If am going out more than 1 hour I'll take 1 bottle.
Not everyone uses their bike for multi-hours long 50-100 mile rides.
