The fact that they're rolling (as evidenced by the dust kicked up), and not tumbling down, should tell you that it's not as steep as it looks. If that side had been virtually vertical, they'd be free falling, and if they touched with their back wheels then, they'd most likely spin forward, and land on their heads...

Also, if you look where the dust indicates they've actually dropped (where the side goes back in slightly), we can assume those dust trails to be less than vertical (they do have forward/horizontal speed as well), then their angle will tell us the maximum vertical orientation. In this case, we see that the image is rotated slightly to the left, and that's what's causing the side to look steeper than it is. And the near-vertical dust trails line up pretty well with the trees at the top, too...

My guess is the side has about a 7/1 gradient or so...

Edit: And I think the image is rotated around 20-30 degrees.
