Did you actually look through their site and see what a 'tour leader' is? You'll be an 'independent contractor', not an employee (you need to supply gear?/insurance?/other out of pocket stuff?). You have to sign up for, and pay for, 'leadership' classes they put on ($600 per class), and you are not guarantted to become one of their 'independent contractor' leaders even after taking the classes. I'd wonder how much control they demand over their independent contractor 'leaders' since they're not really employees, so you'll have very little say in how things are run (like an employee would have). Without further research this almost looks like they are unloading all the liability and costs onto the poor souls who lead their trips, while they get all the publicity.
