My wife likes to kayak and it used to be something we did together a lot. However, as mentioned, loading and hauling our kayaks places has become such a chore. We looked into getting a kayak trailer but they are very expensive and we have no place to store it when not in use. If I had a place to store a trailer, I would probably plunk down the money for one. Fortunately, I am slowly turning my wife into a cyclist and we are doing that more rather than paddling. Of course, living on the water would be ideal but that isn't in the cards.
