What I didn't like is, brakes, brakes, brakes!!! But no big deal. It is hard to pull the brake levels, but it is unresponsive and feels spongy. I will upgrade the pads as soon as possible. My wife's Liv Alight 2 and my old Escape's brakes were way better and feels responsive compared to FX.

Maybe double check with the store that the brakes are properly adjusted.
