Have you purchased the crankset or are you just looking for one? If you have purchased the crankset and it didn't come with the left arm, contact the seller. You didn't purchase a "set" which should include both arms. If you are just looking at cranksets on-line, the "set" comes with both arms. The left one is usually in a small sleeve inside the box.
