A word of thanks. Asking for more help and encouragement
I am really thankful and grateful for all of the encourgment that I have received these last three and a half months. My wife Marsha has really been awesome [as she always is] with mout her this could not of happened. Went to the doctor last Thusday. I have lost 60 pounds since 12/28 and 67 since 12/19. Last fasting blood sugar was 128 and AC1 6.9. Well a week ago last Friday it was a fasting 95 and an AC1 of 5.9. Still wanting to go lower. However I am not done. The goal for the next three months is to loose 28 pounds , exercise and eat healthier. Wish me luck folks. Once again thanks for getting me to this point.
