Also, "fugly?" I think not; one wouldn't even give the bike a test ride if it were truly repulsive. Now, if it were just the color scheme, the question may be whether to wait for the delivery of one in a preferred color, or to "get it while it's hot" (and simultaneously "not"), with the expectation of maybe painting it, changing the bar tape or whatever. If I were truly impressed with the ride - if it was some kind of revelation in performance and comfort - I'd probably buy it. I have definite opinions, but I can get over them.
