Voltaic Fuse 4W solar charger

I'm looking into Dynamo & solar chargers again. I was initially think that if I installed a SON28 with a Busch&muller Lumotec IQ2 Luxos U, so I can charge USB stuff off it. I worked out that I will probably need 3500-4000mah a day. I am concerned that I wont be able to get enough power from the dynamo alone, since I will only be riding an average of 7 hours a day and 15/kmh (9.4mph)

So I was possibly thinking of supplementing the Dynamo power with a Voltaic Fuse 4W solar charger. I have read a few reviews on this online, but non give a real world amp output of the USB port, has anyone tester their own and know the answer?

Also I am assuming the Dynamo will only supply enough power for 300-400mah per hour, is this estimate accurate?
