Given the wrist pain, I'd have to say go with the Townie or a Day 6 Dream. Both will take the weight off your wrists. Get used to riding it alone and try it on the hills first. Then if you need to, you can go electric assist with mid drive. Or you could see if you can find a 2015 Townie Go on sale. Already electrified and I've seen them on sale for a pretty good savings over the 2016
