Have a Cannondale hybrid and a CAD- road bike
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No, just a One a day multivitamin, you do need to have a balance diet on proteins and carbs as needed before and after a ride.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Actually it varies, may have slowed a bit, but definitely feel better and stronger, but no longer can keep up with young riders.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Most of my life, did lot of MTB for years, now mainly road biking.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Like long rides, if my legs allowed me would be riding all day.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
30-50 miles 2 or 3 times/week, training for a 100 mile ride and in 2 years will be on a cross country to celebrate my 70 bday.
