Monday, Thursday, and Friday were mainly walking and climbing 30 flights of stairs a day.
Tuesday we spent time on the trainer (Rowan on rollers)
Wednesday we went to the gym where we ran and rowed.
Today, we are planning a longer ride outside. Happily the temperature is supposed to be a little warmer than it was last weekend.

June 27 - 4.5 km walking (50 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)
June 28 - 3.8 km walking (45 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min) + 45 min on my bicycle on the trainer in our basement
June 29 - 10.18 km walking + running (95 minutes = 55 min walking + 40 min running) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min) + 2400 metres of rowing (15 minutes)
June 30 - 5 km walking (60 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)
July 1 - 2.5 km walking (30 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)
