Vintage leather parts like straps don't last hold up will after 30-40 years, so I wouldn't consider paying the silly Nos prices for a set on ebay. I would say just order get a nicer set of new leather straps you can get a nice set for $10-30. The Christophe black leather straps like were used on most nicer 80's road bike pedal are $10.00 from Velomine.
