Howdy all I couldn't find threads on the topic. I'm 61 ride regularly, Bike commute mostly 2-3 days a weeks 13 miles each way. I'm in the east bay in Northern Ca. I ride a Rivendell,
Has any of you had this done? what was recovery to the bike 4-6 weeks, How long did it take for you was to resume normal riding endurance? did you raise your seat or swap out your cranks ( I ride 175's was thinking about going to 165)
any hints or comments?
