Another update. This bike has been the only bike I been riding all year so far and not just commuting. Even taking this thing on weekend rides and have not touched my road or mountain bikes. I decided to upgrade the cheap pedals and went to the LBS and picked up some Black Ops BMX platform pedals.

I also had a minor wreck on this bike when I hit a tree while "Klunking" with it. I did not get hurt at all but I twisted the front fork slightly. I was able to adjust the bars and ride it and the forks did not look twisted unless you were riding the bike and looking down at them. Since wifey has not ridden her 2013 Huffy MTB in many months, I decided to swap forks and put on this crappy set of Kolo suspension forks from her bike on mine, and hang her bike back up on the ceiling.

These forks are not real good. They bottom out if you get rough with the bike, but other than that they do absorb the shock from the crappy roads on my commute and I think I like the look.........
