Thanks to all who posted responses. I did finally find a fabulous bike shop, Ridgewood Cycle in Ridgewood NJ that had these in stock and in my size. The sales rep, Elliot, was terrific! I tried a bunch of other shoes, and IMHO the RP9s were the best, a huge improvement over my old shoes. Because this was such a well run & well stocked shop, I also bought a new helmet and many other accessories there. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the NY/NJ metro area. I'm going on an 80 mile ride with my new shoes tomorrow, so it's off to bed now!
