I ordered my LHT frame and fork in fall 2004. At that time only the sage color existed.
The first few years they were only sold as frame and fork, not as complete bikes. I am not sure what year complete bikes started, but I have 2004 and 2007 catalogs on my hard drive and in 2007 the complete bikes were listed in the catalog.
