Keep going fatter, if you can. My "73" turned out to be a "71", and the longer chainstays allowed 42's. It was a bit squirrely downhill until I added some rake (yes, counter to current thought).
If someone tells you that you have enough bicycles and you don't need any more, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
