Couple recent Finds / Freestyle!
Well long long ago in an illinois neighborhood a kid got a new western flyer freedom ii for his birthday. Birthday party was all about M.A.S.K. so probably 1987. There were a group of teenage bike thieves in the neighborhood though and one of them walked right into the garage and stole the kid's new bike. Cop's ended up getting some of the part's back later that night which ended up getting used on the used replacement bike. So anyway almost 30 years later I found one just like it and maybe even the same one as what part's are there and what isn't. Needed some tinkering and part's but it lives. Month or 2 later walked into goodwill and found a 2000 dyno zone that only needed tube's. Only thing not original on it is the rear wheel. Honestly not real impressed with how the freedom is riding but it needed a good home. It's scratched and rusty but just cleaned it up and put a little clear on it. Maybe I can paint it but in no hurry! What You think?
