Thanks Dan! Can I claim that all for myself?

I meant Grade Normalized Pace. Let's say I'm running 8 minute miles on the flat but then I hit a 2 % grade and slow down to 9:30/mi. Obviously I'm going slower now but am I putting out more effort, or less?
