Assuming that's the size you need, you could find far better in your area:

Bianchi Street bike.. original
Trek 820 (just put on some slick tires)
Awesome Vintage Neon Pink Parkpre Mountain bike (slick tires for this one, too)
Motobecane French Classic Bicycle 10 Speed 1970 Original
Peugeot vintage touring

But the most important thing is to find one in a size that fits.

The Park Pre, Peugeot are nice. The Bianchi if you can turn a wrench.
