I'm curious though about you having the seat all the way back. I thought a common complaint was the seatpost setback causing people (as it does for me) to push the seat all the way forward.
My current seat post has 20mm setback. I push my saddle further back so I can roll my pelvis forward and engage my glutes and hamstring to initiate the pedal stroke.
