Coming off of my heart attack last year, my goal this year was to complete RAGBRAI. I did 6 of the 7 days (355 miles), so I declared it a victory. I've pretty much decided that next year's goal is going to be 3 gap, which means dropping some extra pounds and building up my strength. I've never been a strong climber and I think it's time to try to improve that.
