It depends on whether I'm doing low carb or not. I try to do low carb on Mon-Thursday. I "carb-up" the other three days.
Low Carb -
B - Three eggs w/cheese
Snack - Nuts
L - Sardines, salad, cheese
Snack - nuts, cheese, or a samm piece of chicken
D - Chicken or fish, salad, cruciferous veggies
Carbs -
B - oatmeal
snack - fruit
L - Tomato Sandwich w mayo
snack - bread with butter
D - Pasta with sauce, salad
Riding food - Pop-tarts, raisins, granola bars
