check to see if there is a serial number anywhere on the frame, if not it may be a custom built frame by a person rather than a company and as such left any possible means to identify it off. It may have had decals at one time but with no, or just a couple of digits or letters, it would almost have to be custom. It kind of looks like a one of kind build due to the sloppy bridge work, but maybe not.
